Two Brothers Brewing Company is a family owned and operated microbrewery and brewpub located in the western suburbs of Chicago. We have been hand crafting our artisan beers since 1997. Come in and see what is brewing.

June 29th, 2009: Spent the bulk of last week trying to get our bottling line back up and running. The PLC for the case packer crashed. We didn't get it going until 11:45 Thursday night. We will have several early and long days this week to try to catch up. At least we get it rebuilt. Thanks to all the people that spent so much time helping get it going again. During our down time with the bottling line, we installed a new bottle unloading system. We had a few small issues with it on Friday morning but today we seemed to have worked out the bugs. It is really nice and will save a lot of effort.

Our "Foudre" (a solid oak tank make in France) is here. Because of the delay in getting it, we water tested it for a week. It has no leaks. We drained it today and will sanitize it tomorrow. We should be able to fill it with beer by Thursday or Friday. Totally Stoked.

Now that the festival is over, our attention is turning to the collaboration brew we did with Hildegard van Ostaden from Urthel Brewing Company. We are trying to finalize a design for the label. We are also trying to schedule a release date and several release parties for July. Hildegard will be coming over the pond to do the parties with me. I will update as we book the events.
